The DCI Group certification process is structured in accordance with the requirements of NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and consists of a number of clearly defined steps. This process ensures that every certification is carried out in a consistent, expert, and impartial manner.
The customer submits an application for certification. In doing so, the relevant product data, technical documentation, and applicable guidelines are assessed for completeness and suitability.
DCI Group assesses whether the application falls within the scope of certification and determines which assessment methods and modules apply.
During the evaluation phase, the product is assessed based on normative requirements and guidelines. This may consist of document review, inspections, and – if applicable – testing.
The results of the evaluation are assessed independently. This determines whether the collected evidence is sufficient to support a certification decision.
The certification decision is made by a competent and independent official who was not involved in the evaluation. This ensures the separation between assessment and decision-making.
Upon a positive decision, the certificate is issued. This confirms that the product complies with the applicable requirements and guidelines.
During the validity of the certificate, supervision may take place to ensure that the requirements continue to be met.
We assess objectively in accordance with recognized standards and oversight frameworks. DCI Group is currently undergoing the accreditation process and operates according to the requirements of ISO 17065, so you can trust the outcome.
